Feature Request: Docked render queue + always on top

It would be great to be able to dock the Render Queue to one of the corners of the screen in a small, always-on-top (or at least the option of AoT), simplified UI. This way, I could monitor my renders while using other apps and it would be easier to reference than having to open Media Encoder and then minimize it again just to see the progress.

I picture this as something pretty minimal that gives you the basic info - file name and progress bar, and maybe an estimated time remaining counter.
