File Conversion Repeated Video Glitch

Trying to convert MOV files to MPEG2 for easier use in Premier. The rendered clip frequently glitches out midway through and starts the video back from the beginning. For example in a 2 minute video if the glitch happens at 1:00, I have the first minute of footage played twice but lose the second minute completely. Audio is unaffected. Certain files seems completely unaffected by it, but with others it seems to happen every time.

    Sorry for the trouble. What is the source of the footage? What is the codec? Is this happening with all files from this source?

    What is the exact dot version of Media Encoder? FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

    Please share a screenshot of the export settings.
