Framerate conversion 23,976 to 25fps

Hi, I need to convert footage@23,976fps to 25fps and maintain number of frames during the process. 

Additionnaly this footage contain audio so i want to convert audio 23,976fps to 25fps to be in sync with video.

Is there any preset or option to do that simply in media encoder?
