Freezes frame on output

I have exportet a million times before due to my work. Lately ME has started to freeze the last couple of seconds on the output. At the export preview, it renders fully to the end but the output is as shown in the video attached. 

If I reset and export again without touching any settings, it still does it, but at a new frame. 

It sometimes helpes to export withput audio, but in this case i need the audio.

It is not influences by any effects, motions or other stuff in premiere.

It has done it both with Premiere and After Effects.
