Green lines on exported video

I am trying to export an art project from Premiere Pro, and the final exported video is covered in green lines. The image is supposed to be a light brown. When I imported the video into PP as an mp4 file, the previews appeared like this, but I was able to fix that issue by switching from Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (OpenCL) to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only. I also switched this setting for AME, but this did not change the appearance of the green lines. Any suggestions?

Correct answer Vidya Sagar

Hi becm20,

Sorry for the trouble. As suggested, it might be an issue with the GPU drivers.

Are you on Windows OS? If yes, please check if this thread is related: Green and Pink Video in Premiere Pro 12.0.1 (Build 69)

Thanks,

Vidya

What video card do you have?

Can you describe your sequence a little bit? Any effects? Scaling? What's the source format?
