h.264 video keeps exporting with green flashes
I have a video I can't seem to export without some serious green flashes going on the screen after exporting. This is the fifth day I'm having this issue and I'm slowly losing my mind. What I've tried so far:
- changed premiere pro preferences from memory to performance (and back again cause this didnt help)
- turned off accelerated h.264 decoding
- changed rendered to software only (this solved the problem on an earlier video but not on this one for some reason) - after this i exported a shorter clip from my video and it seemed to work just fine, however, when i tried to export the whole video (which is less than 2 min) the green flashes were back again
- closed programs, deleted media encoder and installed again
- closed and restarted my computer
in between trying to figure this mess out i've been able to export two different videos without any issues, but with this one it just won't work - could it be a project related issue then? When i view the video on premiere pro, no media is missing and it looks exactly how i want it to look. The problems come only after exporting.
PLUS I can't make changes to pc hardware (update gpu or make changes to anything) cause i'm using a work laptop and have no admin rights atm. So if there are any other solutions out there I haven't tried yet, I would love to hear them. I NEED to get this video exported and looking good TODAY.
some specs:
- Dell pc with windows 10
- Intel UHD graphics 620
- both premiere pro and media encoder are updated to version 14.7
