H.265 HEVC Codec help

Hello, I'm here to ask if there is the H.265 codec on Adobe Media Encoder CC, I'm using the latest one and it doesn't seem to have it.

Other people in YouTube using the same version as me seem to have it.

Must I have another program like Premiere Pro CC (I have CS6) or After Effects CC or something?

    You should be prompted to install the H265 CODEC the first time that choose HEVC (H265) from the Format pop-up menu.   It is, of course, important to choose "Yes". 

    Is this dialog box not appearing?

    You'll want to reach out to Adobe support directly about this issue.

    You should be prompted to install the H265 CODEC the first time that choose HEVC (H265) from the Format pop-up menu.   It is, of course, important to choose "Yes". 

    Is this dialog box not appearing?

    You'll want to reach out to Adobe support directly about this issue.

    My recommendation would be to uninstall and then reinstall AME. It could also have something to do with your video card. What kind do you have? I know some aren't capable of handling H.265, which is why H.265 hasn't taken over the market.

    Its not really a video card, it's an Integrated GPU (Intel HD Graphics 4400)
