Has anyone had issue with high sample audio glitching at all edit points?

I am using the latest version of Media Encoder (15.0).  When I am filming Classical Music pieces I record the audio at 88.1Khz 32 bits.  I import into Premiere Pro 2021 and do all my audio edits still in 88.1.  When I export ultimately to audio 48KHz and Video 720P I get audio jumps at every edit.  It simply can't cope.  My workaround is to export the audio on it's own without the video then re import the exported audio so there are no longer any audio edits and THEN everything exports fine with the unedited audio.

Anyone aware of this or had this problem?
