Help! Can I Export to these specs??

I am trying to export to the below specs but I cant seem to get all of the options. Is it even possible with Adobe Media encoder to export to this exact spec? Please, any help appretiated. Bit of a bind. Thank you!

Have you looked at this preset? Under the MXF OP1a format there's a preset called XDCAM HD 50 PAL 25p that lets you specify 8 channels of audio and interlace with Upper Field First.
