Help, Media Encoder stuck at exactly the halfway point

 This render gets stuck when the elapsed time and remaining time matches exactly. I've tried to restart 3 times now, each time it gets stuck at this exact spot. 

No warnings of any kind. it doesn't show "stopped" or "paused". It simply stops progressing or consuming processing power
