Help: Radeon Hardware detected in Premiere but not in Media Encoder

Hey guys! need serious help. I used to get hardware acceleration on both premiere and media encoder initially but now somehow media encoder fails to detect it. So everything i export is using software acceleration. However, premiere detects my Radeon 570 card and drops down OpenCL settings. How to fix this? It annoys me a lot!

Will re-installing from creative cloud helps?
