Hey there!

 

I'm having some trouble with Media Encoder. Every time I try to export my project as a TIFF Seq, Quicktime, MP4, or AVI file, I end up with this strange split-screen error. I've tried a bunch of different settings, but nothing seems to work. I thought it was just a preview issue, but it's showing up in the final product too.

 

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

this is a known issue, you need to have the same minor version of the products installed.

look for "DYNAMIC LINK COMPATIBILITY ISSUES (WINDOWS ONLY)"
