How to encode a transparent mp4 video with H265 HEVC

Does anyone know how to encode a transparency (alpha) MP4 video with H265 HEVC codec?

At the moment (May 2023) Adobe software does not seem to support the feature. Currently, I am exporting a ProRes444 MOV transparent video to Apple Compressor to export an HEVC H265 MOV that can be used on the web. But ideally, I need the mp4 wrapper for the website.

Is there a third-party plug-in for Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder???
