How to encode mov file in H.264

Hi,

I'm looking for the way to encode mov file in H264.

I want the video data smaller size (like 1h long video in a few GB).

The reason why I want to make mov file because some kind of Android phone cannot play mp4.

I'm using Mac (OS Catalina 10.15.3) and Media Encoer 2021.

I could find some information saying that there is no way to encode mov files in H264 since 2018(?) 

by Media Encoder.

If there is any idea of encoding mov(H264) in new virsion (Media Encoder 2022) or 

using by other free software, please tell me the solution for me!
