How to make Hap files in Media Encoder 15.4.1 build 5

Hi all,

So I was able to instal the Hap codecs in the previous ME, and make JAP files.  However I can't seem to bring these profiles (.epr) in, into ME 2021 15.4.1, i get a message saying prest could not be imported. No exporter found for this preset.  when I try to import the profile

Anyone able to help?  PLEASE!!!!!!!!
