How to make MXFs at DNxHD36 in Media Encoder

Could someone give a step by step about how to export proxy's as MXFs at DNxHD36 in Media Encoder? The files I'll be using will be prores4444 at 3.2k, and arriraw at 3.4k. There's so many options in the pull down menu, I'm unsure which to choose. 

I have Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, the editor has Avid Mc.
