How to render without losing the composition background color?

First, I'm sorry that my english is bad.

I tried to render for keeping the color or gradient effect as remained

but when I add this to Media Encorder

 

It turns to black,

so I did put a solid layer, some effects... blah blah,

but as u can see I'm noob in affter effect..

 

I know that if do render in affter effect then it works, but I want to save my time ..

If anyone knows, could U tell me please?

Add a solid with the color of your liking as the bottom most layer in After Effects. AME will ignor AE's background color and make it black.
