I cannot open Encoder, I receive a message saying it has encountered an error, but that's it.

Hello,

I cannot open Encoder, I use a Mac Os Ventura 13.1, the Encoder version is updated. I receive the message attached and no other explannation. Any ideas? Thanks!

Did you per chance deny access to Documents folder? See system settings > privacy & security > access to user folder > Adobe Media Encoder <version> > folder "Documents".
