I CANT create proxies

ME can't create any proxy file from 4:2:2 10 bit 4k Sony A7SIII footage. Is so annoying. What could it be? I have a Ryzen 7 16Gb and 1660Ti laptop.

Can you please share extra system info? Like OS, nVidia Driver, vRAM, AME version? Thanks. Also do you have enough free space on your target drive? And have you tried with GPU Acceleration off?
