I just queued a bunch of videos, but premiere stopped working/can't be force quit, can I restart?

I still have work to do in premiere so I need to restart. Is it possible to restart you computer and have your queue be maintained? I remember in the past I pressed "save queue", restarted, but that caused all of the exports to fail.
