I lost alla the queue items on media encoder
hi there, media encoder just crashed and I lost all the queue items, any idea if I can restore the queue? many thanks
Quit AME. Have a look at /<User>/Documents/Adobe/Adobe\ Media\ Encoder/25.0/batch.xml.bak, remove the current file and try to rename it to /<User>/Documents/Adobe/Adobe\ Media\ Encoder/25.0/batch.xml. Then restart AME.
