Idiot's guide to folders

Hello.

This might a stupid question but how can I preserve the folder structure of a mags that I have ingested when I want to transcode with media encoder?

I have, on my storage, ( so already ingested)

CAMERA/ROLL/TAKE

If I drag&drop this folder into AME and set a transcode preset, the transcode goes directly in the relative input file sub-folder or in a destination folder specified by me in the preferences.

In the second case I can't see an option for duplicating the folder structure and having the transcodes mirroring the original source.

Does this happens only if I ingest directly with AME?
