Impossible to render since the update

Hi, i'm french and my english is not so good, sorry for the mistakes that i can do.
Since the update, i can't encode, it always end up in a failure.

I have tried both ProRes and h264 format, but nothing seems to work.

It shows that error code :

-1609629695

and I have search some solutions on others posts, but nothing seems to work

Within the error log,  we can see a time code that is always different :

and inside my after effect project, at this time code, there is no big deal, just a solid layer with a wiggle expression on it.

Can someone help me please ?
