Infinite launch screen (AME has stopped working - Windows 10)

Hello,

It's been a few weeks since AME doesn't launch anymore. It is the only Adobe application that does not work. When I click on the software, it shows the startup screen indefinitely then crashes.

I've tried a lot of solutions found on the Internet, nothing works (reinstallation, deleting the cache, etc.).

The only solution that worked was to install AME v14, which is last year's version, but of course I can't export my Premiere Pro projects afterwards because of the compatibility problems.

I tried on other computers it works perfectly, so my problem is with my PC and only with the latest versions of AME, but I have no idea why it doesn't work.

The only thing I've changed in my PC recently is my graphic card, I highly doubt that has anything to do with it.
