Insane time for launching (loading plugins)

Question

Hi,
I don't know why bus some times, when I launch AME it takes more than 5 min to start (even 10min and more), because it is loading slowly and one by one all the available plugins.

Is this behaviour normal? there is any way to avoid loading plugins?

I am using AME last version running on a iMac 5k with 24GB RAM, and Mac OS 10.12.3

I would like to know about this also. I spend most of my daily time waiting for Adobe apps to load (crash and reload). ME should 'Definitely' load quicker. Although our CPU and GPU times get improved on, load times never do. Is there anything we or Adobe can do about it?
