installed Windows 10 Pro 20H2, now ME doesn't encode as stand alone program.
ME isn't working when launched as a stand alone app. When being used through Premiere it works. What is wrong? Is it the new Windows update.

@1024427 & @adobe do update your apps ASAP to run on Windows 10 pro 20H2. C'mon my works are on hold now. I was reckless to update but it's been long enough for h2 to be mainstream so y'all gotta work your way up!
