Instructions for NEW/LATESET MEDIA ENCODER

I tried download the latest update for Media Encoder and it renders out too many files...  Rendering out mp4 H264 file which in normal.  I also want to FTP it and it all should render out 2 files mp4 and SRT file due to Closed Captioning.  Now it not only renders the mp4 but antoher mp4 with FTP extiontion and Burns the Closed captionion into video.. Its not to do that.  Is the somewhere I can find how to correctly use and or set up this so It only renders mp4 and SRT file and then Transmittis FTP.... thats what I want and need.  Thanks!
