Issue with Media Encoder Auto Launch in Premiere Pro 2024: Not Opening Automatically

Hello everyone! I've been using Premiere Pro 2020/Media Encoder 2020 for a few years, and now I'm testing out 2023/24 versions. However, I've encountered an issue where a functionality that worked in the 2020 version seems to be missing in the newer ones.

Here's the scenario: I have both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder open, and I want to export a project to Media Encoder. In the 2020 version, Media Encoder automatically appears on the screen when I click on "Send to Media Encoder", but in the newest versions, it doesn't. Instead, I have to click and open it from the menu bar manually. Is there any setting that can enable this option? It would save me a lot of time in the future. To summarize, Media Encoder is already open, and I just want it to appear automatically on the screen.

Which operating system are you on? Which versions of Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder do you have installed on this machine?

Do you have matching versions of Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 and Adobe Media Encoder 2024 installed?
