jpeg2000 export settings Closed or Open

Hello,

I have an issue. Exporting J2K with AME for archiving I am getting different results. When we inspect the files one states:

Format Settings : Closed / Complete

and the other states:

Format Settings ; Open / Imcomplete

The Open / Imcomplete has been refused. We are confused as both were exported with the same settings.

Although one is 50i and the other 59i, both were from an mxf file Op1a.

Any thoughts

We may have found the Gotcha. It semms that the file needs 10 audio tracks and not 8.
