Keeping embedded data upon export

Hey there, so I am having an issue with trying to make video clips out of a mov file that has tracking data embedded into it (for a AR related project), however when I export out a clip this data is not there anymore. The inital file was recorded on a Atomos Shogun, which primarir;lly uses  Apple ProRes and Avid DNxHD/DNxHR codecs. I dont know if theres a setting I'm missing but if anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it
