Latest version of Media Encoder and Premiere Crashes after installation

After installing Media Encoder and Premiere, App won't open completely and crashes.

I've tried installing 5 earlier versions but still always same problem occurs.

Same problem here. Sometimes it wont open when you export from AE and if i open it manually it renders for a minute then stops.

After Effects is working fine.. Premiere NOT, Encoder, NOT!

Tried installing V14.0 and still the same error.
