ME 2023 Squeal

I recently upgraded to ME 2023.  Every time I export something out of ME, this high pitched squeal comes out of my computer (even if the speakers are off).  It doesn't stop until the export finishes.  I never had this before.    To be clear: this is not occurring in the outputted media, but only while ME is exporting.

Is there a solution to this?  Is this a known problem? Should this be reported as a bug?
