media coder not responding

After the new update, my media coder keeps saying "application not responding". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has changed.

Did you uninstall all previous versions?

If you're trying to launch it via another app (from Pr or Ae), make sure you have the same version on each software.

We're sorry about the poor experience. We can get this checked. Let us know the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, is it getting non repsonsive while doing anything specfic or is it random?
