Media encoder 14.0 output black video [Windows]

Hello There,

I am trying to use proxies with Adobe Premiere v 14.0.0 and Adobe Media Encoder v 14.0,

In Adobe Premiere, my original footage is 3840 x 2160, in HEVC 4:2:0 (it's from a go pro hero 7 black), i'm trying to creat proxies, and I tried using the preset 1024*540, 1280*720 from H 264 format. I also tried some presets from Quicktime, and some custom one.

Adobe Media encoder does convert the video, however, I always end up with a proxy video that is all black, but that has sound.

Do you see any explanation to this ?

For additional information, here is my configuration :

HP Pavilion Power laptop with an i5-7300HQ

8 Go of RAM

GTX 1050 (2Go) and Intel 630.

The graphic card driver are up to date and I have the HEVC microsoft drivers on my computer if that is relevant

Thank you for your time and help !

Hi there,

It seems that I'm now able to have working proxies (with video and sound).

Uninstalling all Adobe software, HEVC codecs from the store and re-installing adobe software only seem to have fixed the issue.

Thank you for your time !
