Media Encoder 14.3 Crash

Hi guys, hope someone can help me out with this issue that I'm having.

My workflow is as follow:

Importing footages (4k H.264 from Sony a7iii) into Premeiere (with Ingest setting to Transcode > Apple Pro Res)

As soon as the import in Premiere is done, Media Encoder starts itself up to start the transcode.

But it CRASHES right before it can add the footages into the Queue.

Any solutions?
