Media Encoder 14.4 (build 35) can't decode canon log file (hevc 10bit 4:2:0)

I'm using Media Encoder 14.4 (build 35), which I have confirmed there is HEVC (H.265) within the system presets, but it still can't decode video files shot with canon log (hevc 10bit 4:2:0).

At the same time, my Premiere 14.4.0 (build 38) can decode the same video file, but I need to create proxy using Media Encoder. Please help, thanks.
