Media encoder 14.5 Prores RAW LOG conversion

Hi

im reading everywhere that the latest media encoder allows LOG conversion but not seeing how to do this. At the moment I have to open my Prores RAW files from a Panasonic camera/Atomos recorder in premiere, toggle the files to v-log/v-gammut individually (can't do batch) and export from there. This is obviously clunky and annoying. How can I do this efficiently in media encoder?
