Media Encoder 15.2 doesn't work at all.

Hi folks,
There's a mistery to solve...
I don't know what's going on with Adobe apps.

I can't get Media Encoder to work in any way...

I have installed on my desktop, and needed to install on my work notebook (bought just to edit.).
I've installed all programs I needed it and all of them works just fine, but when I've tried to send a project to Media Encoder it just didn`t opened.  I've looked at task manager and shows as "not responding" and freezes at the loading image.

Tried to install a previous version and the beta version but both when I try to open...Nothing happens. I look at task manager and it shows as "running" but never opens.

Running out of option here, tried everything I knew and nothing work out.

Funny thing, on my desktop it works PERFECTLY.

Does anyone know what the issue is and more important, how to fix it???

Hi Nathalia5C0C,

We're sorry about this.  Are you trying to render an After Effects comp or a Premiere Pro sequence from Media Encoder? Also, please let us know the version of Premiere Pro/After Effects that you are using. We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Hi,

I was trying to import clips/proxy's so I could edit. It was at the first stage of starting a new project.

This is what is happening, Me won't open and Pr opens but I can't watch any of the clips I import. Proxy or no.

I have 15.0 Premiere Pro but I am unable to see what version of Media Encoder I have as I won't open.

Thanks,
