Question

Media Encoder 15.4 missing media in MOGRT

Just like the previous version, ME 15.4 is still rendering MOGRT without its media content!!

Exporting the same sequence from Premiere Pro, the MOGRT with its content rendered correctly.

IMO Media Encoder's last 2 versions are still really unreliable sadly 😞

any explanation from Adobe??

Hi JM2017,

We're sorry about the poor experience. We can get this checked. Let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using/the version in which the project was last modified. Also, are you experiencing this issue with any specific mogrt or is it happening with all the mogrts? Let us know, we're here to help.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Thank you so much Sumeet for reaching out.

Premiere pro is always at the last updated public version (not a beta) now 15.4 (build 47)

but i did notice this issue since its previous version. Same with Media encoder.

I just tested the same MOGRT again on a new empty 10seconds sequence, send it to queue, it rendered fine!

tried other different MOGRT all rendered fine too!

as per a longer sequence (4.5 minutes), the media encoder hang up for 2-3 hours (see attached SS)
plz note that this long seq was created early this week and it was well exported from within premiere pro.

I am on MacPro cylinder rendering/exporting on a folder on the desktop.
Plz let me know if you need more clarification. thx again
