Media Encoder 15.4 Stuck at linking to Dynamic Server / reading XMP

Question

When I searched for solutions I see this is a constant issue with all versions of Media Encoder dated back to 2017 and I can't believe it's still happening in 2020. Tried looking for solutions one theory was to remove all media time markers and I did still doesn't work.

Please help!!!

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you trying to export After Effects comps or is it a Premiere Pro sequence that you are trying to export? Also, please let us know the exact version of the Media Encoder & Premiere Pro/After Effects that you are using.
