Media Encoder 2015.3 Missing from "Other Versions" in Creative CLoud

My version of AME 2015.3 became corrupted and I need to re-install to encode from projects in Premiere Pro CC 2015.3.  But AME 2015.3 does not appear in the "Other Versions" menu in Creative Cloud.  How can I get AME 2015.3 to re-install? Thanks.
