Media Encoder 2020 not using CPU and only GPU

Hey Guys,

When adobe rolled out GPU accelleration in 2019 I was able to process my videos within 7-10 mins depending on the length. It would average 30%GPU and 25-40% CPU instead of 100%. It was perfect. Now it only usese GPU and hardly any of the CPU. All drivers are up to date. I am running a 8 core processor and my GPU is the NVidia 1080.
