Media Encoder 2020 won't open on windows

I have tried to open it through After Effects or Premiere, tried different versions, did most of the fixes that have been discussed by the community but nothing will do. The loading screen launches and then just disappears without opening.

Please help!!

Nevermind, I endend up figuring it out. There seemed to be a problem between the optical flares plug in and AME.

I removed it from the plugin folder and everything worked fine.
