media encoder 2021 change the color gamma

hey all ,

for some reason media encoder 2021 is canging the out put gamma of the EXR.

i am rendering exr 16bit zip and it used to be ok in previews versions , but sinse i updated the media encoder it is doing that.

any idea on what might be the solution
