Media encoder 2022 not exporting

I would like to use media encoder and dynamic link with after affects but it does'nt work.
Nothing happen. With Premiere too. Unusable. And this since the last two updates. It's a shame that you can't use this software properly on a mac. It just crashes constantly.

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.
