Media Encoder 22.4 insanely slow?

Is anyone else experiencing severe slowness with the new version of media encoder? I'm using it to render DPX log files that would never take more than an hour to render previously, but now are taking 9 hours+.

    Yes, I'm using AME 22.4 on my Mac Studio M1 Max and it's ridiculously slow. It now takes 9 hours to encode a file that was previously able to encode in 10 minutes! Please let me know, if you find AME version that works.

    If you are on the mac - do the following:
    ~ Open Activities monitor;
    ~ Find aerender;
    ~ Force kill the process.

    What it should do about it is immediately start new process of aerender, and usually newly started instance behaves faster. Use it at your own risk and do a test. Let us know how it goes, as in previous versions it was working as described.
