Media encoder 22.4 refuse to visualise and render Ae and Pr files

And just like that, 2 days ao it was working, and today its not. Why? Cannot figure this out. Just an empty workplace, no visualisaion of the clip I sent from Ae for render. Simple file of tops 4sec. Why is that? Drives me mad.Help!
