Media Encoder (After Effects Source File) Error code: -1609629695

Been trying to export a very short 3 second After Effects sequence through media encoder and encountered this error that I just can't get past. It's rather infuriating as I've never had an issue with AE and ME before this. Exported something a month prior just fine, and changed nothing in the settings save for file location and course file.

Tried everything- cleared caches, clean reinstalled, restarted many times, tried other later versions, nothing has made a difference. Would this be a file corruption somehow? And if so, would I be able to recover the work?
