Media Encoder AVI to H.264 - Remaining 00:00:00 Not Finishing

Trying to convert an AVI to H.264 file and it shows remaining 00:00:00 but its not finishing.

Media Encoder just sits there telling me nothing.

I can see the Adobe Media Encoder.exe is using 25% CPU, but no sign that anything is actually being done.

Is this a bug with Adobe Media Encoder?
