Media Encoder Buy - (lease / rent LoL)

what is the cheapest way I can use this software - is it single app / month ?

Adobe Media Encoder is not available as a single app, it is bundled with Adobe Premiere Pro.

That means you need to subscribe to & install Adobe Premiere Pro to get Adobe Media Encoder.

Do i need to buy something else and get it bundled with ??? what app is cheapest & bundled with media converter

Adobe Premiere Pro is the application you need to subscribe to.

can someone please give me the basic steps I need to follow to get it = PLS don't just paste the link to cloud purchases because i get lost there - soz i am a newby
